"Then there was one...after having tried four others. This is my second MacCase iPad Folio. I had one for my 10.5" pro. The quality of the leather and interior cloth, the careful attention to details like stitching alignment are spot on. I also tried the Kavaj London, Toro, and Pad & Quill. The Kavaj product uses minimalist materials whose edges won't last the month. The Toro case used good leather but was mounted on a flimsy inner board that bent easily especially at the corner from hell (camera, on/off, and volume). The Pad & Quill used a very thick leather cover material, was stitched very well, and had No edge protection. The 3M mounting adhesive system simply glued to the back of the bare iPad to the inside of the case...meaning, no edge protection. And I could never get used to the strap. A polymer tray is used to hold the iPad in place.
